Landon ChapmanLandon Chapman is a senior integrated marketing communications major from Brandon, Miss. Landon is a Chancellor’s and Dean’s List scholar, an orientation leader, and the director of morale for RebelTHON. Landon also serves with the Student Activities Association and as a team leader for The Big Event. Landon recently completed a summer internship at Warner Bros. Studio in Los Angeles, and plans to pursue a career in the entertainment industry. He enjoys yoga, biking, and hiking in his free time.
Ali ChathamAli Chatham, a Sally McDonnell Barksdale Honors College senior from Hernando, Miss., is pursuing a BFA in art, with an emphasis in painting. Ali is a member of the Vasari Society for student art historians and she serves as a panhellenic delegate for her sorority, Tri Delta. She teaches in ArtZone, the University of Mississippi Museum’s after-school art education program for children. In her free time, she practices yoga and plays the banjo. Ali plans to pursue a post-graduate degree in art education as well as continue to paint.
Catrina CurtisCatrina Curtis, a senior Public Policy Leadership major, is a native of Nesbit, Miss. Catrina is a Sally McDonnell Barksdale Honors College scholar and is a member of Rho Lambda sorority leadership society and Alpha Lambda Delta, Phi Eta Sigma, Order of Omega, and Phi Kappa Phi honor societies. She is a member of Delta Gamma sorority, is an Ole Miss Ambassador, and serves as the director of external affairs for the Associated Student Body cabinet. Catrina participates in RebelTHON and is a tutor for Leap Frog, Oxford’s reading intervention program for children. She studied in Greece during the summer of 2018 and plans to attend law school after graduation.
Cole DeckerCole Decker is a senior from Petal, Miss., and is studying integrated marketing communications in the Meek School of Journalism. He works in the Ole Miss Office of Admissions and is active in Ole Miss Intramural Sports flag football. Cole enjoys good food, good music, and a good workout. A talented musician in his own right, Cole has plans for a post-graduate internship at a record company, and hopes to find continued success as a singer/songwriter.
Amelia DewittAmelia Dewitt, a senior from Alexandria, La., is studying nursing and psychology. She is a Sally McDonnell Barksdale Honors College scholar. Amelia is active in Chi Omega sorority, and a winner of the Panhellenic Trailblazer Award. She is an Ole Miss Ambassador, volunteers with the Make-A-Wish Foundation, and serves as the secretary for the University of Mississippi Food Bank. Amelia works part-time as a receptionist at LaRousse Salon & Spa in Oxford. She traveled to Italy in the summer of 2018 and plans to attend nursing and nurse practitioner school.
Katie HesterKatie Hester is a senior communication sciences and disorders major from Nettleton, Miss. She works as a research assistant, is a member of the National Student Speech Language Hearing Association, works for University Public Events, and performs with the Ole Miss Handband, a group who learn and practice sign language by performing with music. She volunteers with deaf students at Lafayette Elementary. She enjoys reading, growing plants, and spending time with her cats and dogs. Katie plans to become an audiologist and an advocate for the deaf and hard of hearing community, with an interest in establishing programming abroad.
Wesley KnottWesley Knott is a senior accountancy major from Amory, Miss. Wesley founded and leads Verve Campus Ministry in 2017. He also volunteers with Pinelake Church’s Shine ministries, Grove clean-up events, and More Than a Meal, Oxford’s free community meal service. He is involved in Cornerstone Student Ministries. Wesley plans to attend graduate school in accountancy, as well as to attend seminary in the future. Wesley is also a musician, and plays piano, bass, and percussion.
Mikayla JohnsonMikayla Johnson is a native of Mooreville, Miss., and is a senior biology major. Mikayla is a Taylor Medal recipient, a member of Phi Kappa Phi, Gamma Beta Phi, Alpha Epsilon Delta, and Phi Eta Sigma honor societies, and is a Mississippi Rural Physician Scholarship Program scholar. She is a member of the American Medical Student Association, the American Medical Women’s Association, and is a Sally McDonnell Barksdale Honors College scholar. In her free time, Mikayla volunteers with Baptist Memorial Hospital as well as with Leap Frog, Oxford’s reading intervention program for school-age children, and is active with her local church. She plans to attend medical school at The University of Mississippi School of Medicine and to practice as a physician in rural Mississippi.
Parker MaloneyParker Maloney is a senior from Clinton, Miss., majoring in marketing and corporate relations. She is a Provost Scholar, a Public Relations Association of Mississippi (PRAM) award recipient, a member of Phi Kappa Phi honor society, and serves as the president for the Ole Miss Order of Omega honor society. Parker serves as the public relations co-director for the Student Activities Association, the chief emissary officer for the Ole Miss Business School, and is a member of the RebelTHON hospitality committee. She is an Ole Miss Big Event team leader, a children’s ministry volunteer for Pinelake Church, a Peru Mission counselor, and a co-founder of Ole Miss Dresses of Hope. This past summer, Parker interned for ALSAC/St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Memphis,Tennessee in the Strategic Partnerships division. After graduation, she plans to work in communications or marketing for a non-profit organization.
Paige StolenPaige Stolen, a senior from Ferrisburgh, Vt., is a managerial finance major. Paige is a Sally McDonnell Barksdale Honors College scholar, a Campus Recreation Rising Star, and is on the Chancellor’s Honor Roll. She works as a facility manager for Campus Recreation, serves on the University Common Read Committee and the Campus Recreation Hiring Committee, and is a member of Alpha Phi sorority. Paige also volunteers for the Tailgate for Palmer philanthropic event and the Green Grove Program, and has served as an assistant track and field coach in Vermont. Paige recently completed a six-month internship with FedEx. In her free time, Paige enjoys hiking and cooking.
